J Santic Realty's Principal, Jonathon Santic, believes that the real estate industry must change. For far too long agencies have been charging vendor's too much to sell the property. We at J Santic Realty cannot believe that someone can be charged $50,450 + GST to sell there $2,000,000 property. The standard Real Estate Institute of Queensland commission rate quote that the highest commission to be charged is 5% of the first $18,000 then 2.5% thereafter. So what do all the Real Estate agencies do? They charge the maximum rate of commission.
We at J Santic Realty cannot believe this is what's happening and set to change the industry for good. We will only charge a flat 1% commission on the sale price of the property. Slashing commission, saving owner's money and therefore getting more money for there property.
No longer are vendor's saying "Dodgy Real Estate Agents". With J Santic Realty everyone is happy and that's the way it should be.
